Contact and corrections
Report a wrong or missing fact
Email corrections@sourced.wiki. Include three things: the address of the page, what needs changing, and a dated source or a reproducible in-game observation. A screenshot of the relevant in-game text is the single most useful thing you can send.
What happens next
A person reads it. If the evidence supports the change, the claim is re-reviewed and the page is rebuilt. If we cannot establish it, the value stays unknown rather than being changed to a guess. Either way the report is recorded.
