Quest step 2: Follow the next quest marker to the Forsaken Symbiote by returning to the Cyst and dropping down the elevator, around coordinates (1756.5, -173.8, 551.3) [3]

Quest step 1: Speak with The Rotting Hivemind of The Truth around coordinates (-125.7, 22.5, 1605.8) to get pointed toward the Putrid Symbiote [4]
