Disease Era

Disease Era launched with the game's worldwide release and progresses through a quest chain with multiple boss encounters, ending at a point-of-no-return altar arena fight; entering the door afterward transitions into the Primordial Era. ^[2]

Nighttime can be useful for farming because more mobs can appear, but staying outside at night can reduce sanity. ^[3]

Reach the runner's camp objective and loot chests, then travel toward Westfall and pick up the Ancient Bones quest. ^[4]

Before progressing, stock silver for the weapon enchant, festered meat to summon the final altar boss, and healing supplies such as potions and help/aid items. ^[5]

Follow the quests toward Runner’s Camp and then Westfall. ^[6]

Poison can be one of the possible weapon enchantments. ^[7]

The original enchantment cost was 200 Silver and was later reduced to 100 Silver. ^[8]

The final boss has around 9,000 HP. ^[9]

Disease Era introduces quests, weapon enchanting, boss fights, special items, different areas, and stronger equipment. ^[10]

Defeat 30 mobs. ^[11]

Make a short daytime maze run before following the Disease Era main quest. ^[12]
